The act also makes the country more competitive on the global map as it will make the country have the highest number of college graduates in the world. The immigration department will then focus its attention on illegal immigrants who pose a threat to the country’s security. Due to the above reasons, these young people should be allowed to stay in the country provided they meet the requirements of the act. There should be a set age limit regarding their status. Signage is one of the most important ways to convey your message to your customers. Your store name, promotions, pricing, and product information may all be conveyed through signage. Are you getting these messages across effectively? As a customer walks by your store, you have about 3 seconds to let them know what they will find inside. What message are you sending? Place it where it will catch your customers attention, but will not block essential elements of your store. Think about how customers approach your store. If customers walk by your store, but your store name is only placed high up on your store front, facing the street, how will they see it? You also need to repeat the name on the door or window, and perhaps hanging from an awning or on a sandwich board on the sidewalk. Make sure signs dont block traffic flow, displays, or the view of the interior of your store. Window signage may not be visible to customers for other reasons that you do not realize. Is there a parking meter blocking the view of your window? What about a loading zone where delivery trucks park for a large part of the day, obscuring part of your store from view? Check for reflections on the window that make your interior signage invisible during the day. He was the first to say that â€Å"not only the parents but also the siblings influence the child’s behavior characteristics† (Leman, 2000). It is often believed that the order in which a child is born plays a significant role in how the child will be able to have life and all of the problems that life will bring such as relationships, work ethic, and just life in general. The birth order theory consists of 4 birth order theory personalities: first born, second born, the only child and youngest all of which will have a list of traits, a list of strengths and a list of weaknesses that each child should possess. The birth order personality of an individual relates to both their working style, which is how a person works and their relationship style. For many people that means working along different birth order lines. The first born is generally the leader of the family, and tends to be the most responsible of the siblings. These people like to be in charges of other people and love to be in control. They feel uncomfortable with surprises or being out of familiar surroundings. Their ability to focus on a goal and their propensity to organize others means they can achieve whatever they put their minds to. They are also perfectionist. Approval of authority is important for this group. Second born’s the compromisers, and flexible. They have to be motivated by a cause and will enjoy working with people. They tend to be involved in projects that will give them a sense of belonging. The second born child will treasure friendships they are generally always the one that will get along with everyone and be the peacekeeper. Hey generally will always put others first. The only child is the one that expects nothing less than the best. She is too slick and sneaky and a bit unbelievable, even though she was likeable, fun to be around, easy to talk to. She is definitely gullible, and has been easily taken advantage of a lot. She has made some decisions based too much on her feelings and did no give enough thought to her decisions. One thing that was and is still very true is that she is the favorite. So while looking into the birth order theory I realized that some of the traits are true about be and my siblings and I find it to be funny it makes you want to stop and take a good look at the type of person that you are. Throwing a surprise birthday party for someone is not an easy task, it takes patience and planning. Surprise parties are usually thrown for friends and family usually on birthdays or accomplishments and are pretty fun to participate in. In this event everyone is aware of it except for the person the surprise party is being thrown for. You have to know where its going to be held, have everyone on the same page, and that it’s a party afterwards. Planning for these types of events can be a little hectic but the ending result it’s usually priceless. First, you have to choose where the event is going to be held.This is the first step because where spacing is everything. The amount of people helping for the surprise depends on how small or large of sale it should be. The people involved in the surprise should all have the same attitude and should all be ready to surprise. The event can be at a familiar place because it would be less likely for the person to know it’s a surprise. Next, you have to make sure everyone is on the same page. This is key when throwing surprise parties. Make sure you let it be known to all participants that it is a surprise, meaning that a particular person doesn’t know its happening.It should stay that way until it is over with. Usually when everyone is on the same page things go smooth and as planned. Ella I've been back in Vegas for almost two weeks now and things are good. I signed up for some summer art classes and my internship at the museum is great, even though I spend most of my day cleaning up after people and running errands. I also started counseling. As much as I'd like to believe I was getting better, when I'm alone and lost in my own thoughts, the darkness sometimes gets to me. But my therapist is nice and the visits seem to be helping. Lila is letting me borrow her car for the weekend, so I can drive back home and meet up with Dean and my dad. I'm glad to be making the drive alone, that way I'll have twelve hours to mentally prepare myself. Although, deep down, I wish Micha was going with me. â€Å"Are you sure you don't want me to go with you,† Lila asks as I snatch the handle of my suitcase and scan the room for forgotten items. I shake my head. â€Å"I'll be fine and you have classes and your math tutor thing.† I stop at the doorway, needing to get something off my chest. â€Å"Lila, thank you for letting me borrow your car and for just being there for me.† Her smile is bright. â€Å"Don't get all weepy on me. Then I spot him in the parking lot, standing next to a SUV in black jeans, a tight-fitted grey tee, and eyes as blue as the sky. I drop my phone and run to him, not caring that people are staring at me like I'm insane. I don't slow down when I reach him and he catches me as I run into his arms. He picks me up and I secure my legs around him, kissing him with so much passion his lip ring cuts into my lip. Finally we pull back, panting with raw wildness in our eyes. He tucks a strand of my hair behind my ear. â€Å"You didn't think I was going to let you go back home on your own, did you?† â€Å"But you said you had to play this weekend.† â€Å"They can do one performance without me. This is more important.† I almost start to cry and he begins to panic. â€Å"Ella May, what's wrong?† he asks. â€Å"This is a good thing, isn't it?† â€Å"Yes, it is† I say, staring into his eyes. â€Å"I love you.† He smiles and whispers, â€Å"I love you, too,† before reconnecting his lips with mine.
